There are many software programs and screen size formats that may be used for presentations at scientific meetings.  Unfortunately the number of options may complicate the task of the AV committee.  To simplify matters the AP requests that Microsoft PowerPoint be used as the software program for slide generation and that the slides be generated in 4:3 or 19:9 format.  If wide screen (3:1) is to be used this must be communicated and approved by the AP.  Below are blank PowerPoint pages in the three formats that may be downloaded.
